Easy purchase, prompt and polite customer service, beautifully packed gift
I made a purchase recently and everything went really smoothly. I had a quick question while ordering and the customer service team were great - they answered promptly and politely. My daughter loved the bunny I bought for her and said it was packed beautifully. She's going into hospital soon, so it was a nice surprise for her.
