Quick and efficient device trade-in process
I wasn't sure about trading in my device at first because it's quite old, but I thought I'd give MacBack a go. The whole process was really easy and stress-free. I got a quote quickly, and DPD came to pick up my device on time. After they confirmed its value, the money was in my account within five working days. I liked how efficient and clear everything was. I might have been able to get more money selling it myself, but the simplicity of using MacBack made it worth it for me. All in all, I can't fault my experience at all.
