So impressed with the levels of customer service this company has provided me. I ordered some Grenson boots and unfortunately within 2 times of wearing them there was a fault. When I made accent clothing aware they were quick with their response and showed empathy in my experience and offered me solutions to resolve the issue. Given the global pandemic we are all experiencing I have never been more impressed by a company and especially in these unprecedented times, Jack couldn’t be more attentive contacting me with constant updates. Well done Jack and everyone at Accent Clothing I will be spreading the word about your company simply one of the best services I have received. Thank You
