Subscription cancellation issues
I've been really annoyed trying to cancel my subscription with this company. No matter how many times I've tried, they are still charging me and sending packages. It seems like lots of other people are having the same problem. Even after talking to customer services, my subscription still hasn't been cancelled. I would warn anyone thinking of signing up with this company to really think about it, because they keep taking money from me even though I've tried to cancel. I need some advice on how to finally put an end to this unwanted subscription.
