Ordered and paid for my item on 4th July 2022, has still not arrived on 15th July. Took me a while to find out how to contact them since all links on the site do not appear to take you to a customer service forum. I wish I had known at the start that I was ordering from a German company and I also wish I had read the reviews. My experience has to be honestly described as disappointed as my order was a commemoration of a family member. Buyer beware, stay away from this company and do not waste your time and money on an obviously poor company with no customer satisfaction priority.
