Taxi no show, live chat link on website doesn't work
The taxi didn't even turn up for us, so we had to scramble to find another one and fork out more cash. And to top it all off, our flight was delayed. Couldn't change the booking on the website, the live chat option was useless, ended up having to ring the emergency number. Now we're stuck waiting for a call back.
