Self propelled lawnmower
I purchased a Self propelled model via Hyundai power toos eBay store. They sent a lower model the push model, when I contacted them they tried to tell me I had ordered wrong. I have screenshots displaying exactly what it ordered. They pretty much ignored the evidence and even had the cheek to suggest I go buy the sp model at a higher price from another listing. I then had to get eBay involved to initiate a refund.
They emailed back and forward trying to wriggle out of providing the correct model They were really blasé about it and seemed like a what you gonna do about it attitude all for a difference of £30.
It might seem trivial, it’s about their willingness to be cheap and unwilling to listen customer service. Tells you what you need to know about the brand.
