    Parking booking at Glasgow Airport

    I parked at Glasgow Airport recently and had a bit of a problem. I actually booked for six days instead of seven, so when I tried to leave, the person on the intercom said I was two days late and had to pay an extra hundred quid as a fine. They weren't very nice about it, and when I asked to speak to someone else, they said I might not be allowed back in the car park. In the end, I had to pay £180 for seven days of parking, which was more than I expected, especially as I'm a regular customer. I wanted them to lower the extra charge, but the staff weren't very helpful. I hope they pass on this feedback to the parking department so they can improve their customer service.
