Bolts were rubbish
I recently got this thing to hang on my wall, but the bolts that came with it were really poor quality - they felt like they were made of cheese or something. They were so soft that I actually managed to ruin one of them while trying to tighten it. Also, the heads of the bolts were barely bigger than the holes in the brackets, so they just kept slipping out. I wish they had invested a bit more money in better bolts and maybe included some washers as well.
