Havaina Luna flip flops
Absolute disgrace. Bought Havaina Luna flip flops which I had to return because there was something wrong with the thong meaning it was shortened making them too small and I couldn’t get my foot in. Asked to return it, was given a return slip and only refunded €11-odd of the €18-odd price. On asking, I have been told it was €7 to return the flip flops. Had I known I would a) not have bought from here b) not have returned the goods, I would have just sold them online. The communication was very poor and I feel robbed of €7. (Unable to
give 1 star, for some reason)
