Confusing delivery emails
I recently ordered something from a catalogue, but the emails about the delivery were quite confusing. The courier mentioned a supplier I didn't recognise, which was puzzling. And when the parcel finally arrived, it was left outside in the rain. I haven't had the chance to try out the product yet.
