Tried to give zero stars and couldn’t find, couldn’t even give one star!!! STEER CLEAR !!!!!
I have sent bag back from uk to Netherlands, had to pay £30 postage for it to be stuck in customs since 6th jan it’s now 31st. Have spoken to the mailing company only to find lgb have to confirm what it is before delivery, they still haven’t done this 4 weeks later, absolute joke. Their customer service is appalling, they take a week to respond to each email. I’m really not happy, just hope you never have to return anything especially from another country as they just don’t help the situation at all.
