Pre-order mix-up
I was trying to order something that was meant to be in stock, but I ended up selecting the pre-order option by mistake. Silly mistake, I know! Luckily, the next day, they sorted it all out for me really quickly. They cancelled the wrong order and gave me a refund. After that, I just placed a new order for the item that was actually in stock. It was so easy! The website was really user-friendly, and I will definitely be returning for more purchases. Both items I received are fantastic quality. I am absolutely thrilled.
