Lost package
I was proper gutted when my package got lost in the post, but I was well chuffed with the way the company sorted it out. They sent me a new package straight away, no bother at all, and I was well happy with how it all turned out. The customer service lot were dead friendly, dead helpful, and dead good at fixing things. I reckon Luksusbaby is top-notch when it comes to looking after their customers.

The delivery was super speedy, and I was happy to see that the jacket came in recyclable packaging, which is definitely in line with my eco-friendly beliefs.
