Best customer service ever! I sent Mercury a Facebook message on Saturday, as I was worried that my upcoming holiday might get canceled due to the current situation with the Coronavirus. My message was replied to on Sunday and on the same day I got a phone call from a lovely representative, Rhiannon, who was super friendly, understanding and helpful. She helped and advised us in the best possible way and we amended the holiday for a later departure. Fingers crossed things go back to normal soon and we get to enjoy our future holiday! Thank you, Rhiannon and Mercury Holidays, you are great!
