Belstaff Sweatshirt
I recently got a Belstaff Sweatshirt from this shop and the delivery process was smooth sailing. However, things took a turn when I needed to return the item because it didn't fit. Despite giving proof of postage and a tracking number for the return, the item went missing somewhere between Accent Clothing and Royal Mail. Even though Royal Mail said they'd give Accent a refund if they got in touch, Accent Clothing are refusing to give me my money back. It’s a real letdown how they’re handling the situation and I'm feeling pretty disappointed as a customer. I'd recommend steering clear of this store when making purchases in the future.
