Kindle Case
This company provide an absolutely fantastic service. After I mistakenly ordered the wrong size kindle case, they immediately responded to me and offered an exchange for a case of the correct size. They sent me a prepaid returns label which meant that it could be posted straight into a Royal Mail postbox with no need to stand in a queue. The case was a Christmas gift to my mother so I was very grateful to be able to exchange it with no hassle. If only every company could provide such an excellent service. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely buy from them again.
