Late delivery of materials
I ordered some stuff from this place, but they told me it would come at a certain time and it didn't. I had to take time off work and it messed up my project, which wasn't cool. I'm self-employed so I lost money too, which isn't fair. However, they finally delivered it in the afternoon. I'm now giving them 3 stars.
