Online study material
I bought some study materials online not long ago, and to be honest, my interaction with the customer service team was pretty disappointing. There was this one person, Shalini Verma, who kept calling me way too often and was quite rude and argumentative when I asked her to stop. It wasn't the best experience and left me feeling quite unhappy about it. Now I'm starting to doubt the overall quality and professionalism of the company because of their staff member's behaviour.
