I have ordered a fair amount from Bonus Print without ever having a problem until now. I was incorrectly sent the wrong size - not a big issue, we are all human but the customer service did leave something to be desired. Essentially, I had to prove with photo evidence that I destroyed the 2 incorrect photos they sent before they would send me the right ones that I had paid for. The icing on the cake was the email that said they were sending out replacements free of charge - I had paid for them, that was what I had ordered!!! Such a shame but I won't use them again....
