VW Phaeton front aersuspension struts
Fully disappointed from AEROSUS products and company reliability.
I bought a front kit for VW Phaeton on 2018. After 2.5 years and 35.000 km, the struts where fully collapsed.
During a live chat with their emmployee (*), he assured me that the products where still under garranty. Among his proposals i agreed putting a new order and after their replacement, to send back the collapsed struts to be refund.
When i was ready to send these back, the same eployee told me, that unfortunally he had make a mistake and the guarranty had been expired, so they could not accept to refund !!!!!
WHAT A RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR . Congratulations. !!!!
You prevented me to search for another more reliable solution, you took my money and you prooved that you are FULLY unreliable.
You must be responsible for the mistaked. You had the time to inform me before sending me the new order but you didn't.
