Two dress shirts
I recently bought two dress shirts from a local outlet store for a short trip. I wore them a few times and then decided to wash them, only to discover that they had shrunk a lot and now I can't wear them anymore. When I checked the label inside, I saw that they were supposed to be dry cleaned and not ironed, which was a surprise to me. When I got in touch with the outlet store to explain what happened, they said it was my fault for not following the care instructions properly. The manager offered me a free meal as a goodwill gesture, but I was disappointed with the response and felt like the shirts were not suitable for my needs. I just wanted to share this story to remind everyone about the importance of checking care labels and to highlight the lack of clear information provided by some retailers.
