Increase water intake
I've always had a hard time remembering to drink enough water during the day, but since I've been using this product, I've definitely seen a big difference in how hydrated I feel. The sachets make my water taste great, which makes it a lot easier and more fun to drink. Unlike other products I've used before, this one doesn't just change the colour of the water, it actually enhances the flavour. I find myself reaching for my water bottle more often now, and it's really helped me stay more hydrated throughout the day.
