Led bulbs,
We commincated via email with manager Becky. This was our second time ordering with the company. In our first order they sent the wrong items. Second order our parcel was dumped in the RUBBISH BIN. We expressed our disappointment and in return the manger told us I felt she appreciated her parcels being dumped in ... bins. She stated this was common for Amazon however when we spoke to Amazon we were told that there drivers are not told to leave parcels in dust bins and it was unethical of the driver to do so. Becky on the otherhand is claiming that is "common" and normal for Amazon drivers to dump parcels in ... bins. Amazon gave £5 credit as a good will gesture and said they will be doing an investigation and we have emails to confirm this. Becky put all blame on Amazon and stated our feedback was given to Amazon for improvements on their side. If anything we feel Becky herself needs to make improvements as we found her uncompasionate and inconsiderate to our circumstances even after we told her of our personal cirmstances and situation. The best she could say was "human error". She emphasised on us receiving free delivery however she failed to understand that in order to recieve FREE DELIVERY we had to spend a certain amount. In short we have experienced small problems in the past with other companies but always found them willing and considerate to make us feel better and welcomed to shop again with themselves. Becky failed to make us feel this way. Her last words to us were regarding delivery times which wasn't even a issue we raised..
