I just wanted to let you know that I'm really disappointed with my experience as a customer. I bought the premium 5 device - 1 year subscription, but then ran into some big problems with the driver updates for the app. They didn't work properly on my device and ended up causing my system to crash. I had to go through the hassle of doing a factory reset on my PC, which was really frustrating and took up a lot of my time. It's definitely left me with a bad view of your product.
