Strange setup, aggravation just getting order processed.
Strange setup, aggravation just getting order processed.
You place an order, pay by Paypal.
Then you get confirmation, so you think....Ok, wait for delivery.
NO....Within Email they want you to go to facebook, post order number and then that verifies identity. The fact paid by paypal verifies, the fact Paypal has buyer and seller protection suffices.
If you dont do the above via facebook, they start asking you to send them proof of ID.
Tried sorting the above, then they say email from the email address registered with order to verify.......I did this
Response I got was, ok when you do this, order will be verified...
Doh! I had just emailed them as per their request.
I will not be using again, too much hassle
