Purchased international lighting fixtures
I had a really awful experience with this company. They're not even in the UK, so I had to pay extra customs duties on my goods. And to top it off, their phone number didn't even work, so I couldn't get hold of them for help. Even after I gave them a different delivery address, they still wouldn't help me out when the goods got stuck in customs. I wasted hours on hold, just trying to sort it out, but it was all just a big waste of time and money in the end.
