Football boots purchased, then out of stock
I was so excited to get my hands on my new football boots, I had just bought them from this company. I happily paid £226, but then a few hours later they got in touch to say they didn't actually have any in stock. I felt really let down and annoyed that they had already taken the money from my account. As if that wasn't bad enough, they said it would take 5 days to get my refund. This whole situation has really put me off buying from them again in the future.
