    Various plants and a dwarf apricot tree.

    Ordered on the 1/4/20. Plants arrived in good time allowing for Covid. Well packaged so we thought everything was OK. A few days later the dwarf apricot arrived. The pot it was in was damaged, the tree looked dead. We emailed for advice but got none. We took a chance and planted it. After 3 months it still looked dead so we tried to raise a ticket for help. Many tickets and unanswered emails later still no proper response. Took until September to finally get a refund.
    They have numerous bad reviews. Their customer service is non existent.
    If you don't want to buy plants without any hassle, avoid this company.

    Damaged plant and couldnt care less this company, avoid at all costs.They even packed the broken bits in the box!!!

    If like losing money, chasing BS inept colluding customer services staff, being lied to, and lining the pockets of a faceless thieving Company Director......you are in luck !

    I set up a Facebook group for frustrated customers if anyone is interested. Somewhere to rant and exchange information on getting refunds. Gardening Express Complaint

    Oh I will join that. I got a refund from my bank but then GE disputed it saying it was a fair charge!! I sent the plants back twice as they were 7 weeks late and they say they delivered them when they didn't. I cancelled the order when they changed their delivery times from 3-5 days as on the original invoice to up to 8 weeks, I was entitled to a refund then, so I cancelled and asked for a refund, they ignored me for months. I sent the bank the evidence and they refunded me. Now GE are challenging it and say they have a delivery slip even though I have one from the day before staying it was returned to sender. I wasn't even in on the day they said they delivered. Probably left them outside and the council took them away as they looked like rubbish! So Lloyds bank are going back to them with further evidence and my proof that I cancelled weeks before. They won't get the money back as it's pretty clear they are in the wrong, but this has wasted hours if not days of my time
