Slow dispatch and delivery
I recently ordered something from this company and I must say, the whole process was a bit of a let down. I placed my order on the 27th of May, factoring in the bank holiday delay. But to my surprise, it wasn't until the 30th of May that I got the message saying my item had been sent out. By the 6th of June, I still hadn't got hold of my parcel and the tracking system was not showing any updates. When I got in touch to ask what was going on, they told me there had been a problem with their internal scanning causing the delay. This lack of efficiency in their system really isn't on, especially when they couldn't give me a proper solution or reason for the hold-up. I've also got my suspicions that they aren't fully based in the UK, which makes me question how reliable and legitimate their services actually are.
