Men's suit purchase
I recently bought a men's suit from an online store and I have to say, the customer service from the team was top-notch. They not only dealt with my order swiftly, but they also kindly agreed to delay the delivery because of my holiday plans. Before this online buy, I used to get Magee suits from a local menswear shop and I've always been impressed by the quality and classic tailoring of their jackets. The fabric they use is exceptional and the tailoring is spot on. The only tricky part was trying to get through to them over the phone since they're based in Donegal and I had to make an international call. But the email communication was good enough and they always got back to me promptly. All in all, it was a great experience with good old-fashioned customer service vibes.
