Rugby boots
I was really let down by my recent visit to that rugby shop. I paid extra for next day delivery because I needed the rugby boots for my son in a hurry. Even though I got an email saying the boots would be here at a certain time and date, they never came. It put us in a tough spot because my son needed them for his match. Their lack of reliability and communication is shocking and it's put me off buying from them again.
