I was very pleased.
The service was great from customer service to the actual ordering process and postage. Everything was efficient and professional. The package got delivered within the allocated time in the UK. The only little hickup was that I had the impression that my order was going to be delivered on my doorstep, only to find that I had to go and pick it up at the nearest UPS deport. Other than that I was very pleased.
