Had 40 ins Tv delivered and set it up on Sunday and found there was a fault,whilst the screen was not cracked the LCD was damaged. E mailed deal buyer who replied promptly and a refund was received into bank account by 3.15 pm on Monday. Excellent service- nobody could be more efficient and friendly. Will deal with them again- GREAT STUFF
