Excellent engineer. He was polite, punctual and very professional. I was sold a product to flush through my radiators. The engineer kindly told me I did not the product as I have a new boiler.
I received an email confirming my payment of £35. I have now contacted the company twice to say I have not paid for the product and the engineer reassured me I did not need the product. I was offered a refund which I declined repeating I did not need the product I even used the phrase “I am being honest I do not need a refund”.
To conclude, the engineer was excellent and was a consummate professional.
How ever, the sales pitch of an additional product has left me confused.Dear Andy,

Getting someone out quickly was like trying to knit fog. They were prepared to leave me without hot water on the hottest day so I couldn’t shower for work. They didn’t seem prepared to help work around my work situation. When I gave up and said ok to offered day they could come in the morning when someone was at home as they “had a breakfast meeting” I was the only senior person on duty at work and had to go. The day I expected then I could be at home. Eventually they found a slot for me the same day. However, I would like to say that the engineer was fantastic. Very professional and did a thorough job. The call handlers were polite and friendly. Did try to help but they could only work with the system. As it is not the first issue I have had with them I will be changing my cover to another company when it runs out.
