I've just had the most gorgeous bunch of flowers delivered from this place and I have to say, I'm over the moon! The flowers were absolutely amazing, really fresh, and they lasted for much longer than I thought they would. The delivery was right on time, which is always a plus point. The whole process from placing the order to getting the flowers was so easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Fresh flowers delivery
I recently ordered some fresh flowers from this service and I have to say, overall, I was quite happy with the quality of the product. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and it was clear that they were of good quality. They lasted a good while, which I found quite impressive.
That being said, I was a little disappointed with the delivery process. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't turn up within the delivery window that had been given to me. On top of that, I was told that there were still 70 orders ahead of mine to be delivered. Needless to say, I found this a tad frustrating because I had been hoping for them to arrive sooner. However, despite that hiccup, I must say I was still pleased with the actual flowers themselves.Gorgeous Peonies
I just had to share how incredible the Peonies I bought from this place were! Honestly, the people I gave them to were so pleased with how lovely they were. The flowers were super fresh and bursting with color, exactly like in the picture online. They arrived right on schedule and the customer service was fantastic. I'm really grateful for bringing such joy to my loved ones!
Next day flower delivery
I ordered some next day flowers from this place, but thanks to the post office, my delivery got messed up. But these guys were quick to send out a new batch. They made sure the recipient got some top-quality blooms in the end. I would definitely recommend them for their customer service. Kirstie definitely deserves a raise!
Purchased flowers for my mother while she was traveling abroad
I was really pleased with the service when I ordered some flowers for my mum while she was away. They kept me informed throughout and the flowers arrived quickly and looked just like they were supposed to. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.
Grande Simply Pink Rose & Lily bouquet
I'm really disappointed with the bouquet I got from this place. I ordered a Grande Simply Pink Rose & Lily bouquet for a special occasion to show my thanks, but what I got was a sad bunch of wilted green leaves with a few sad-looking flowers thrown in. I felt really embarrassed and let down, especially considering how much I paid for it. The website made it look like I was getting a beautiful bouquet, but it was nothing like that at all. It's a shame they couldn't deliver what they promised and meet my expectations. I hope they take a good look at the quality of their products before they mislead more customers in the future.

I just love ordering from this florist for special occasions like birthdays. Flowers not up to standard
I bought some flowers the other day and they weren't as good as usual from this company I usually use. I was a bit disappointed, so I decided to get in touch with customer service. Surprisingly, I heard back from a guy called Max in less than a day and he sorted out the problem really quickly. I'm grateful for the quick response and the great service in fixing everything.
Floral arrangement
I recently got some flowers from this company, and the flowers themselves were alright but then they kept bombarding me with spam texts once I gave them my contact details. It's kinda sketchy how they hide their number so I can't even block them, really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be more cautious about ordering from them in the future.

I recently ordered some flowers from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The ordering process was so easy to follow and everything arrived just two days after I placed my order. When the flowers got here, they were in perfect condition and they looked absolutely gorgeous. I was really happy with the quality of both the flowers and the service.
Disappointing flower purchase
I got in touch with the company because the flowers I received weren't great, and I have to say I was really pleased with how quickly and satisfactorily Max sorted it out. It's nice to see a company that listens to customers and is willing to make things right.
Bouquet of flowers
I must admit, I was a bit let down by the bouquet of flowers I got. They looked a bit sad and not like the picture on the website. However, when I got in touch with customer service, they really impressed me. They sorted out my problems quickly and went above and beyond to make things right. They were genuine, listened to me, and clearly wanted to help. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, so I was really happy with how professional and dedicated they were. Thanks to their amazing help, I'll definitely give them another go in the future.
Birthday flowers
I had a really great experience with Appleyard Flowers. I ordered a lovely bouquet for my 76th birthday, but there was a small hiccup with the delivery. Thankfully, Max from the customer service team worked really hard to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. His commitment to making sure I was happy truly made my birthday extra special. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and just like they were described on the website. I was really impressed by the quality of the flowers and the care that went into the arrangement. Overall, I would definitely recommend Appleyard Flowers for their top-notch products and amazing customer service.
Peonies
I just bought some Peonies from this flower shop and I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived and how lovely the flowers are. They really brighten up my living room and give it a nice elegant feel. I've ordered from them before and every time I've been really happy with the quality, speed of delivery, and value for money. I was so pleased this time, I've decided to subscribe to their monthly service now.

Avoid this company. Avoid this product. Failed to provide service and failed to compensate. Were happy to move blame to delivery co and not take any responsibility.
Bouquet of flowers
Ordering, service etc., was fine and the flowers beautiful, quite expensive but flowers were for 45 th anniversary !
Very disappointed when flowers started to fade after 4days.

Hi I am the recipient of the flowers so don’t have the reciept of the purchase but really want to send you the review with pic as proof that I love flowers and always buy them so wasn’t expecting this quality. They are old to the extent that some roses petals are rotten and petals are easily coming off on just touching. Today is the day I have received so they are suppose to be fresh for at least few days. Which I doubt that. Not all flowers or foliage is old but why even few like roses are. Your flower shop has a reputation and that’s why we ordered.
2 Olive trees
The trees arrived promptly but were 2 completely different sizes and shapes. One had been badly shaped, pruned severely and didn’t look great. The second was straggly so they didn’t match at all and more alarmingly it was infected with woolly aphids which I would have thought should have been picked up by the providing nursery. They also failed to reply to my email pointing out that this was unacceptable especially as they were twice the price of most garden centres.
I also received bouquets from both my sons from Appleyard on Mother’s Day this year one of which arrived with dying flowers and the second was also not in great condition and was very over priced for what it was. Both came from different suppliers leading me to assume that Appleyard is simply a sales umbrella which passes on orders to other florists or nurseries at very inflated prices. I would certainly not recommend using them in fact rather the opposite.Gift from daughter mothers day daffodils
Paid top price for 100 daffodils, extra for vase and extra for that day delivery. Was sent half a dozen hyacinths tied in a black ribbon with a vase the didn't fit into. Would not recommend this company
I arrived home to find your box of flowers on the doorstep which had been there for at least 10 hour I was lucky they had not been taken When I opened the box there lots and lots of drooping leaves which would not revive in water I have had to throw it all away today .I was left with some half dead 5 pink roses and 3 multi stem white miniature rose that showed signs brown at the edges THIS WAS A PRESENT FROM MY CHILDREN Mrs Jones '@ Beck house delivered to church street in gargrave skipton
Gift
No positive. Dave your money worst florists. Half a bouquet delivered. Died after 4 days half dead when arrived. Complained about quality they apologised that they are a luxury brand. Asked me to order another bouquet so I did once again looked nothing like their website. Only delivered half a bouquet with loads of grass looked real rubbish. Not luxury flowers they buy cheap flowers and seem to have disgruntled employees who are looking to put them out of business.
