I saw some beautiful pick orchids in a shape of a heart. I knew my mum would love them so i order them for Mother's Day. I order them a week ago and my mum did not received them for mother's day. My brother order from the same company from his kids 2 day before mother's day and was getting delivered to the same address as mine and his flowers got there before mine.
I called up customer service to chase this up and was told The reason why mine did not getting delivered is because my flowers was put on the last delivery van and was sent to the wrong depot something like that can't remember what the staff said.
i was put in a situation where i still wanted the flowers but it won't feel like it for mother's day. or get a refund and have no flowers and wait another few days to receive flowers from else where.
In the end i end up choosing to keep the flowers and get my delivery charge refunded to me. not that am happy with the choice but i don't want anymore delays on my order so i stuck with my current order.Beautiful services
oh my god the flowers are just beyond beautiful, my wife was pregnant but on her delivery, i was on my business trip and for making her up , i send flowers from here and my wife got too emotional after seeing those flowers. She knows I was so sorry for not being there and the flowers just helped me
The flowers were delivered on the doorstep on 13/03/21 for at least 10 hours I was lucky they were not taken as I live on a main road The green leaves were drooping and would not revive I have had to throw everything away today as I was left with a vase of a lot of drooping leaves and 5 rose that would not open and also 3 multi stem white that looked dead It was mothers day and what a disappointment
