Transport goods
Anyvan communicated well, arrived to collect and delivered on time. The driver was polite and knowledgeable and very helpful.

I bought a used car which was 250 miles from where I lived, I went on the Anyvan website, got a quote to transport the car the 250 miles to my home, booked a date which suited me, paid the fair price quoted. The driver contacted me the day before to let me know everything was ready, I got notification when the car was collected, I got a live tracking link which was fantastic. The driver was very polite and friendly, very efficient. The whole experience was top drawer. Thank you to Anyvan and especially the driver. Brilliant.
Collection and delivery. I was desperate to have furniture I had bought collecting within a a limited time window.
Anyvan saved my life by being on time. They delivered to my home address. The lads in the van were more than helpful.
Furniture Moving
Have used Anyvan a couple of times now. Always punctual and great value for money. Furniture moved with care on both occasions with the drivers very courteous and friendly.

From price enquiry which gave a calendar of prices on every day, so you could pick your day and know straight away how much it cost
Communication was excellent, updates right up to the day

Excellent, professional and friendly. Was able to track journey from start to finish which was vital in this case, and communication from the booking was second to none! Driver and helper arrived on time, were super friendly and careful moving furniture. A very professional service that I would use again. Compared to others, the price was good too.

Move a sofa
Good price in comparison to other services. Tracking info helped me know when the van was arriving. The driver was very careful to give instructions to the man helping him to get a difficult item into the house. Overall good experience.
Move furniture and stuff to new home
Lot of damage to furniture and lost items. Damage to wardrobes (external scratches), bed (scratches), chest of draws and mattress (torn in 4 places). Customer service informed me of assembly charges 2 days before the move date, so I cannot even change provider. Drivers did not protect any of the furniture , not even the mattress or mirrors. They also lost 4 screws so I had to go to IKEA and get them! Do not use Anyvan!

Stay away from this removal company. I booked them to move some light boxes from my house to a charity. They came in without any shoes covers, they said they had none. To go and get them, customer service requested a 50% extra charge, customers service were very rude. I ended up bringing the boxes from the room myself to the drivers, no compensation offered. This company makes their customers work for them, total joke.
Removal service
We had a very poor experience moving out of our house. The two men refused to move out of one room at a time so we could clean the rooms ready for our buyers. The took out clothes out of the wardrobe and put them on a dirty floor without asking if there was anywhere the clothes could go. They damaged 5 pieces of furniture. The moved our things into a storage unit and for us. The van company for the next part of the move reported that it seemed like they had never packed a unit before. We were charged for dismantling and reassembling and they lost the screws for two pieces of furniture and did not have a system like other companies we have worked with had. Although they moved us to a storage unit instead of our new home in another city, therefore finishing the job early than they otherwise would have, they charged us waiting times at the storage unit as we had to sign paperwork. It was an unpleasant experience and I would never use this company again.
rip off
Total and utter rip off.
Piano move form Cumbria to York
2 men turned up one of whom did very little, no mask and wore the one i provided over his mouth only, alleged he had a stroke, which appeared to mimic being drunk, he then came out with sexualised verbal abuse so bad its now in the hands of the police. Van then incredibly broke down in a residential are not en route to York .Took and a lot of arguing with unfortunate call centre level woman with no authority and 20 hours before I could speak to a manager who then, having been told it couldn't be done, could arrange for piano to be picked up and taken to destination, and could authorize a whole 10% refund. He is raising my concerns about the process for addressing an absolute poop shower with himself, as there is no plans to address it in AnyVan. I wish I had never heard of the firm.
Move across England
The driver and the service itself were great - no complaints there. What was disappointing was that AnyVan, despite telling us that we could edit the details of our load until a certain point before the pick-up time, charged us a huge and entirely unfair surcharge. None of the customer service reps was able to explain this, and it remains unclear whether there was simply a huge penalty or whether it was the change in the load that caused the price to surge (and in fact double). The size of the load did not really change, not did the load time - but AnyVan's algorithms came to a very different conclusion. Effectively, we switched from a few large boxes to a larger number of small boxes, so this may even have made loading easier.
What I am particularly disappointed by is that the problem only became apparent at a point when we were in no position to look for an alternative provider. Combined with the poor customer service the whole thing felt like a deliberate way of putting the customer in a tight spot with misleading device and then ripping them off when they have no option of backing out of the transaction. The follow-up customer service experience was fairly disappointing, too, and I never really got the feeling that AnyVan had understood how badly they had got it wrong, and how unethical their behaviour is.
I will never use AnyVan again, and I will continue to advise anyone I talk to against using them.Anyvan is great service to have,made transport from places to places
