texts, an easy option to move the slot and a Sunday delivery that genuinely helped. The delivery team were careful and friendly, proper pros. The oxblood colour is spot on and the leather feels solid, though one cushion was firmer than I'd hoped and there was a faint factory smell at first. Still, they're lovely and already in daily use.
Properly chuffed with my chair
calm, careful, somehow managed to squeeze the armchair down a ridiculously narrow hallway without a mark. Honestly, I’m chuffed, a bit surprised at how much difference it made, and already excited for the rocker arriving in June. Lovely early birthday present to myself. Really can't wait, too.
Half-broken then fixed — mostly happy
decent fabric, cushions with good support, not too stiff, so the frame issue came as a surprise. I was ready to raise it with my card company and even looked into Trading Standards, then decided to contact the after-sales team first. They replied quickly, polite and practical, asked for photos, and offered a repair rather than the long-drawn refund route. It wasn’t instantaneous — a couple of emails back and forth and a short wait for parts — but the repair person came, sorted the frame and explained what went wrong. There's still a tiny creak if you sit in a certain spot, so not perfect, but structurally it feels solid again and the sofa is comfortable for daily use. Would recommend based on how they handled the problem, though it did cost a bit of time.
Late, messy and a bit awkward
Midway through the afternoon I was pottering about when the delivery saga properly kicked off — not the way I pictured unboxing a new chair. To be fair, ordering was smooth. Someone messaged me on WhatsApp saying the cushion I'd picked was rock-hard and asked if I wanted the softer one instead. That chat was helpful and friendly, so I changed it and felt fine about the choice. So far, so good.

So, you know, I bought these sofas, yeah, and guess what? They came without the seat cushions! Can you believe it? I was so disappointed. I mentioned it on the delivery form, and they were all like "oh, no worries, we'll send them over", but you know what? They never did! And now they're just like "tough luck". Not cool at all, mate. Turns out they're not even registered with the furniture ombudsman! What's that about, eh? Proper dodgy, if you ask me.<br><br>They even went and changed their website after I complained, saying that cushions aren't part of the deal. What a joke! Like, who sells sofas without cushions, seriously? Proper shady, mate. Total frauds, watch out, folks!
