Ordered two fire side chairs we're pleased with them,but one of the cushions has a noticeable size differance which in essence is bad workmanship not as designer sofas call hand crafted?. Contacted them regarding matter , I was contacted by designer sofas later in the day and they are refusing point blankly to repair or replace the one cushion..Trading standards advised me to put my complaint in writing,which I have. Awaiting a response not holding my breath having looked at the large amount of bad reviews on the same subject
Perfect. Chesterfield Sofa Specialist
I ordered a Chesterfield Suite from this company. From placing the order, receiving delivery updates to the actual delivery was seamless. I had my furniture delivered within 3 weeks of ordering. Quality is excellent, comfortable and well made :)
Disappointing
I ordered a Queen Anne chair and footstool. The order, payment and delivery arrangements were fine.
The delivery was a rushed process, with the driver and his mate refusing to allow time to inspect the product, also refusing or unable to speak English.
Once unpacked the chair had a major wobble, either a leg too short or the frame twisted. We tested to make sure it wasn’t the floor, but even moving it around the room the wobble was still there. The footstool sat fine. The colour of the legs on both items were all different, with scratches and marks.
The cushions were also extremely hard, with no give in them at all. This is not a product built for comfort, just appearance.
We requested immediate collection of both items, but had to wait almost 4 weeks. Again the collection driver and mate spoke no English.
We were informed our refund would be within 3-5 working days. In the end it took nearly 3 weeks and several reminders.
I would not use this company again, their products build quality and comfort are seriously lacking.Nice
