I was really chuffed with how quickly my card arrived after ordering it last night. The quality was top-notch and it turned out even better than I expected - really made my day. Thanks a lot! Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars.
Card purchase for granddaughter
I came across loads of lovely cards for my granddaughter's birthday on this website. I was able to personalise it myself and it was really simple to do. The card came pretty fast and it looks fantastic. I think my granddaughter is going to absolutely adore it!
Late birthday card delivery
I ordered a birthday card from this online service, where I paid extra for first-class delivery to make sure it got there in time for the recipient's birthday. But, it ended up showing up three days late, and to make matters worse, they put the wrong postcode on the envelope, causing even more delays. I ordered the card on May 29th, but it didn't get to the recipient until June 4th, which is almost a week later. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed, and I won't be using this service again.
Last-minute card orders
I was really pleased with how easy it was to order last-minute cards from this service. They had a good range to choose from and being able to order just one day before and get it delivered the next day made a big difference for me. I also like that it saves addresses and reminds me about important dates like birthdays and anniversaries.
Card creation features
I really liked how easy and fun it was to make cards on this website. There were loads of different designs to pick from, and I loved being able to add cute stickers and change the fonts and colours. Putting in photos and personalising the cards to make them just right was simple too. It was a fun and creative experience making cards here.
Card purchase
So, I managed to get this really nice card online without any hassle. I was expecting it to be really affordable, but then they added on a delivery charge! I mean, seriously, what's that all about? I suppose that's the price you pay for convenience, right? Anyway, it arrived on time and everything was fine. The card is actually quite nice, but I might have to search for a better deal next time.
Big card
The card was a top-notch quality and it looked wonderful, but gosh, it was so much bigger than I thought it would be! I do wish there was more info on the website about its size because I was really taken aback by its largeness. It'd be really handy if they included the dimensions when selecting a size so you have an idea of what you're getting yourself into, you know?
Birthday card and gift
The card someone recommended to me for the birthday was spot on, and the gift I received was just the right size. The website was really easy to use, and I managed to place my order in just a few minutes. I even got a discount added to my order, which was fantastic!
Card orders
I recently ordered a bunch of cards and unfortunately, there have been a lot of issues with them. It's really frustrating because now I can't even rely on them to get to the recipient. It takes away from the excitement of sending a surprise when you're unsure if it will even arrive! I don't think I'll be purchasing any more gifts from them if the cards can't make it to where they need to go, especially since there's no tracking to see where they are.
They just claim it's lost in the post and don't offer any solutions. It's a complete letdown and quite frankly, it's quite embarrassing. For instance, my last card was meant to arrive on the 28th of May, but unsurprisingly, it never turned up. They sent a replacement with an expected delivery date of the 31st of May, and here we are on the 6th of June, and still no card in sight.Floral card purchase
I was really happy with the floral card I got from that company at first. The quality was top-notch, and I was looking forward to sending it to my Mum. But, when she sent me a photo of the flowers, I was a bit disappointed to see that they weren't the same as the ones in the picture on the website. Her favourite flower was also missing, which was a bit of a downer. Even though the flowers were good quality, this mix-up has made me think twice about ordering from them again in the future.
they ruined my daughters 11th birthday
if there were zero stars i would have given this pathetic excuse of a business.
they ruined my daughter's 11th birthday by failing to deliver our order, failing to respond to my request for details on where it is, and failing to provide contact details to escalate the issue. i think this company is both run and staffed by low lifemug
Very disappointed in this company. i ordered a mug from them for mothers day and despite doing this 5 days before, have yet to recieve it. Will not be buying again
2 Birthday Cards - Next Day Delivery
I have placed 3 orders in total with Moonpig, and two of those times they have not delivered on their promise.
I had paid for the extra postage option, to ensure a swift next day delivery. But both times, due to their inability to get the item shipped in time, this missed the promised delivery date. It is worth noting that when you order two cards to the same address (one from me, one from my kids) they still charge you twice, so its an additional £8 for two cards to be delivered next day - or not in these cases.
When contacting the customer support team, they were less than helpful. Unapologetic, and arguementative that it wasnt their fault, it was Royal Mails fault. I disagree wit this, but in reality that isn't my problem. I paid them for a service, which they did NOT deliver on.
Will never use again - recommend Funky Pigeon instead.a mug
Lovely mug received from my daughter in Australia. Would have been so much nicer if the price of the item had been removed. Such an easy thing to do.
