Customisable card options, fast printing, excellent quality
As a customer, I was really impressed with all the different options available for personalising my card. There were so many great designs to choose from, and I could make it really special for my loved one. I was amazed at how quickly my card was made and sent out to me. I got it in good time, which was a nice surprise considering how much I had customised it. The quality of the card was even better than I expected; the printing was sharp and the card itself was strong and well-made. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with the service and I'll definitely use this platform again for my next card purchase.
Floral card purchase
I was really happy with the floral card I got from that company at first. The quality was top-notch, and I was looking forward to sending it to my Mum. But, when she sent me a photo of the flowers, I was a bit disappointed to see that they weren't the same as the ones in the picture on the website. Her favourite flower was also missing, which was a bit of a downer. Even though the flowers were good quality, this mix-up has made me think twice about ordering from them again in the future.

So, I managed to get this really nice card online without any hassle. I was expecting it to be really affordable, but then they added on a delivery charge! I mean, seriously, what's that all about? I suppose that's the price you pay for convenience, right? Anyway, it arrived on time and everything was fine. The card is actually quite nice, but I might have to search for a better deal next time.

The UK branch of this company is top-notch, but sending cards to the USA isn't as reliable. There have been times when the cards never made it or took ages to arrive. Despite these problems, I'm grateful that the company always gives a refund in these cases.
Big card
The card was a top-notch quality and it looked wonderful, but gosh, it was so much bigger than I thought it would be! I do wish there was more info on the website about its size because I was really taken aback by its largeness. It'd be really handy if they included the dimensions when selecting a size so you have an idea of what you're getting yourself into, you know?

I really liked how easy and fun it was to make cards on this website. There were loads of different designs to pick from, and I loved being able to add cute stickers and change the fonts and colours. Putting in photos and personalising the cards to make them just right was simple too. It was a fun and creative experience making cards here.

I absolutely love using Moonpig to send cards, it's definitely my favourite website for that. It's just so simple and straightforward! I never struggle to find the perfect card for my loved ones. And the fact that I have Moonpig Plus is like adding extra toppings to your ice cream for free - what a great deal!

Some bits just don't quite work, you could say it's not very easy to use. There are just too many options and extra things like chocolates and flowers that make it all confusing. It's really easy to accidentally press the incorrect button. A week isn't really long enough when you're trying to make a card. But overall, it's a fantastic system and it offers a great choice for making personalised cards that you can get creative with.

The website is really nice, it's easy to use and looks modern which makes customising a card super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the delivery was, and the tools for customising were absolutely fantastic. Having said that, I do think the prices are a bit high compared to other choices out there.

I came across loads of lovely cards for my granddaughter's birthday on this website. I was able to personalise it myself and it was really simple to do. The card came pretty fast and it looks fantastic. I think my granddaughter is going to absolutely adore it!
Late birthday card delivery
I ordered a birthday card from this online service, where I paid extra for first-class delivery to make sure it got there in time for the recipient's birthday. But, it ended up showing up three days late, and to make matters worse, they put the wrong postcode on the envelope, causing even more delays. I ordered the card on May 29th, but it didn't get to the recipient until June 4th, which is almost a week later. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed, and I won't be using this service again.
Birthday card and gift
The card someone recommended to me for the birthday was spot on, and the gift I received was just the right size. The website was really easy to use, and I managed to place my order in just a few minutes. I even got a discount added to my order, which was fantastic!
Card orders
I recently ordered a bunch of cards and unfortunately, there have been a lot of issues with them. It's really frustrating because now I can't even rely on them to get to the recipient. It takes away from the excitement of sending a surprise when you're unsure if it will even arrive! I don't think I'll be purchasing any more gifts from them if the cards can't make it to where they need to go, especially since there's no tracking to see where they are.
They just claim it's lost in the post and don't offer any solutions. It's a complete letdown and quite frankly, it's quite embarrassing. For instance, my last card was meant to arrive on the 28th of May, but unsurprisingly, it never turned up. They sent a replacement with an expected delivery date of the 31st of May, and here we are on the 6th of June, and still no card in sight.
