I purchased a Groupon for 3 photo books. I followed the Groupon instructions and chose the "free" books when I created my projects. When I was ready to place my order, the books did not show as free anymore. Angelina talked me through the process to complete my order. We experienced some problems, but she very patiently guided me through the process and insisted in staying with me until the check out process was completed to verify I did not experience any more problems. She was friendly, professional, and patient!

After having some trouble with the payment method, Patricia kindly helped me through the Live Chat with my order and made sure it came through. The only tip would be to improve the website's translation as the Dutch translation is often incorrect.
Photo Blanket
Ordered a photo blanket over the weekend and after ordering noticed that my address wasn't displayed correctly. Going through the Live Chat my issue got dealt with quickly and effectively by Angela who was able to rectify the issue and get my address properly labelled ready for dispatch.

Received notifications that I had missed something during my order. Kayla very quickly and politely informed me that the order was fine and had been escalated.

I will not use Printerpix agai
