GEM Motoring saved the day more than ever I can count
GEM Motoring helped us with roadside assistance once when my vehicle was out of order in midst of countryside. We were in a lot of trouble at that time. I was kind of freaked out there with my friends but luckily GEM motor helped me there.
More than an hour ago I rang their assist line to report my car will not start. Call taken by a rookie who kept me waiting and putting me on hold 3 times; after 15 mins he did not get back so I rang back and asked for a Supervisor. Call taken by another call taker who advised me that there was no Supervisor available at the time, but they would ring me back in " a few minutes". That was more than half an hour ago. It is clear that they have a long way to go to be anything like as good as RAC, AA, or Green Flag - all of which I have used in the past but keep putting their prices up on renewal.
