Received defective shoes. Returned. Months of back & forth with this company involving my bank, their lying of refund received & endless documentation sent proving the contrary has resulted in Forzieri having collected return & my money. RUN from this merchant.
i placed an order for a Marni bag on the 22/7/2020 (order no: 9041731). It has been 10 weeks and after multiple emails, the customer support claimed that there is a delay from Marni side thus the item is not in stock. After waiting for 10 weeks, I decided to cancel and request a refund. The moment I asked for a refund, they told me the item was shipped and I will be provided with a tracking number soon. After 3 days, I have not received any tracking number and no updates. The item is worth almost AUD 2000 and the customer service was absolutely poor and disappointing. If I could give zero star I would.
I paid nearly £1000 for a Lamborghini watch in November 2017 and it has already stopped working. I contacted them and they told me the battery has probably stopped working and I need to go to a watch shop and pay for a new battery. I took it to ‘Watches of Switzerland’ who told me they can’t do it. So I’m stuck with a watch that doesn’t work!
