Markus is a person who likes to share his shopping experiences with others, like telling a story. He really appreciates good customer service, like the one he got from a company called PrinterPix, and he thinks a person named Kayla is really good at her job. But he also tells us if something isn't right, like when he bought a reel from Diveinn Scubastore that came late, wasn't what he thought it was, and was even a bit broken. Markus had a tough time getting it sent back, and didn't like having to pay for it. But, he had a great time shopping at Forzieri, where he got his package quickly and thought it looked really pretty when it arrived. Markus recommends shopping there. To put it simply, Markus likes to let other people know about his ups and downs while shopping online.

Primary Reel
Very poor customer service!!!
Bought a reel which arrived with a slight delay.
Item wasn't as described and damaged.
After more than 1 week I received a return label, but DiveInn (Scubastore) is not willing to send an exchange or covering the delivery costs for a non damaged, correctly specified one.
So I would have to pay for the shipping costs again.
The return will take 3-4 weeks, so I will get a refund for a faulty product 2 month after payment.
