I really enjoy shopping for perfumes and gifts at this store. The prices are great and they have a really good selection. However, I've been having some trouble with the payment process on their website. I've tried a few times to pay for my order, but I keep getting an error message saying my info is wrong. It's annoying and I've had to cancel my order two times now. I think they should make the website more user-friendly for UK customers, especially when it comes to payment options. It would be helpful if they had a feature to save payment details for quicker checkout.

I recently ordered a fragrance from Fragrance Direct and I have to say, I was really impressed with how smooth the whole process was. I placed my order on a Sunday and my goodies arrived just two days later on Tuesday. I got updates every day via email with the tracking details, which was great as it kept me in the loop about where my delivery was at. It was also handy that my delivery came through Royal Mail because it meant I could redirect it to a pick-up spot if necessary. All in all, I had a really good experience with Fragrance Direct and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Perfume from Fragrance Direct
I was really let down by my recent purchase from Fragrance Direct. I got three perfumes on the 14th of May, but my package only came with two. I got in touch with customer service, and they said the missing perfume was out of stock. They said sorry and everything, but I was still not happy with how it all went. It's been 18 days now, and I still haven't got the missing perfume or any updates about it. The customer service person was nice when I asked for a refund, but the lack of communication and slow response to the problem have put me off shopping with Fragrance Direct again.

The only thing was that I noticed some of the scents weren't available in 100ml bottles, which was a shame as I like bigger sizes. Nevertheless, the prices were great, and I managed to snag a good deal on a 50ml bottle.
