Golf cart
Just don’t bother. Absolute waste of time trying to deal with these people when they won’t answer a phone or respond to emails. Ordered product 3 weeks ago for next day delivery, still not here & no contact.
Treadmill cost 349.95 order number 071018844
I ordered a treadmill on the 8/5/20 on pre order for the 27/5/20. Received the same emails as others on the 15/5/20 to say it was being dispatched then another saying it was an error. That raised my suspicions it could be a scam. Paid with cc. Have called my cc company today to make them aware but I have to wait 15 days incase it arrives, they said if it does and it’s faulty to call them back . Wish I’d read reviews before, I’ve clearly been had.
Today the treadmill arrived and so I have to take back my review above. It was very well packaged and protected and we managed to assemble it with little problems. I feel bad now but I to panicked after reading the bad reviews. It’s the model I ordered, everything was sealed and all parts present. It’s not a high end machine but you get what you pay for. It’s too early to tell if it will keep going but it works so far and hopefully won’t blow up. It came when the company said it would. The dx driver was helpful and friendly too. Sorry for my previous review
Exercise bike
I bought a bike which came with a broken part and wanted to returned. I have sent multiple emails regarding return instructions, yet no response after over a week. Clearly customer service is not what you would expect. The phone lines are closed so email is the only option to contact the company. Would not shop again or recommend UK Sport Imports.
Exercise Bike
We purchased a bike and it has been faulty since delivery. They responded to first email but have not responded since. Now my emails are getting blocked I think as I am getting emails back saying not recieved. They have not come back about a refund for at least 2 weeks
IronMan IM-309 Advanced Single Station Home Multi Gym
OMG, I cannot even begin to tell you people.
When the gym got to me, it had no packaging left on it. The delivery driver asked me, (a heart transplant recipient), to help him lift it out the truck.
Parts are missing. the whole thing looks as if it had been used in a back street gym for 16 years and they decided to pack it up and sell it on to me.
Alex said he would send me a new out and have this collected but nothing came.
I rang UK Sports and they told me that the second one had got lost in transit.
Lost in DODDGY, I'd say.
I've missed two of my own days, waiting for this delivery and they are asking me to miss more so that they can collect this piece of iron junk. Only then will I get my money back.
People, keep your money in your pocket or go and spend it with a safe and trusted supplier because this one falls back on it's promises, waste your time and sells you junk.
