I had a really bad experience with this company when I tried to get a refund for an order that got cancelled. Even though my credit card company gave me the money back quickly, the company said they hadn't got it and took ages to pay me back. It's just not on and they need to take responsibility for their actions. They've been terrible throughout all of this and I'll definitely be hesitant to buy from them again in the future.
Trampoline purchase
I bought a trampoline from UK Sport Imports recently and I must say, it was a great experience! I placed my order on a Tuesday and was thrilled when I got a notification that it would arrive in just three days, way sooner than I thought. When the trampoline turned up, it was really well packed. I did have a little trouble with the instructions at first, but it was sorted out quickly. The trampoline itself is top-notch and feels like it will last even with my little boy bouncing around on it. It's definitely a win!
Trampoline mat purchase
I bought a trampoline mat from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, they'd sent me the wrong size. It was a real let-down because I was all excited to put the trampoline together for my daughter to play on. So, I dropped them an email to sort it out.
Gymbopro Water Rowing Machine
I recently bought a Gymbopro Water Rowing Machine and I have to say, the whole process was really easy. The website was simple to use, the checkout went smoothly, and my order arrived promptly the next day. The packaging was really secure, so my rowing machine was in perfect condition when it arrived. Putting the rower together was no problem at all, thanks to the clear instructions. The machine itself feels strong and well-made, and I'm confident it will last a good while. Treadmill purchase
I recently purchased a treadmill from this store, but I now want to return it as it's not meeting my expectations. The issue I'm facing is that I'm unable to reach anyone there! The phone lines are not working, and despite trying to email them and fill out their online form, I haven't received any response. How am I expected to return this item if I can't even get in touch with them? It's incredibly frustrating!
Olympic weightlifting bar and weight plates
My recent purchase of an Olympic weightlifting bar and weight plates from UK Sport Imports has left me with mixed feelings. The quality of the products overall is decent considering the price I paid, but there are a few issues that could be improved. The weight plates have a shiny finish which makes them slide easily on surfaces, but the painting on the plates was not done perfectly. I had to grind the first few plates onto the bar because the paint job had made the hole smaller, which was quite frustrating. The bar itself rattles slightly and doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like, although it has proved to be durable during use. I must admit that it's more of a mental concern rather than an actual problem, but it does affect my overall satisfaction with the purchase. In conclusion, I am generally happy with my purchase, but there is definitely room for improvement in the quality of the products.
Treadmill
Horrendous service! Purchased a very expensive treadmill which arrived with a vital part missing. Getting them to discuss the missing item and sending it out was a nightmare in itself. They said it would arrive Monday, I received in Thursday!? No apology, very rude emails, no phone call to keep me updated, no customer focus. The fact that the treadmill arrived without a bolt to ... it is very worrying in of itself and the fact they felt they didn't need to apologise or ring me to discuss tells you what type of place this is. Avoid and go elsewhere, the worry is with expensive kit like this, you do need after service care, sometimes. This company doesn't offer any, a major consideration down the line! Go to another company that offers a good customer service, before, during and after your purchase!
Trampoline and bbq
Felt positive as ordered and then had email saying order to be delivered.
Only half the order arrived and since then they've been a nightmare
Can't get a proper response the just fudge around the issue
I asked if there was a problem with the bbq to refund it and is buy a different one..they then said they want the whole order returned.! The trampoline is built so how Is that an option.
Ridiculously difficult, don't answer calls, rude staff iver email when they bother to reply.
I have passed the issue to barclaycard now to resolve as these people cleat have no idea what they're doing.
It's simple..deliver the bbq or refund that part of order...how can it be more difficult than that

I ordered exercise bike it came within a week unfortunately it wasn't fit for purpose so emailed them and got response very quickly and a full refund in less than a week.

Bought a multi gym which was just dumped outside our house, was not told of the delivery. Putting it together found parts were missing. I have e mailed UK sports FOUR times, no reply. Had the multi gym 2 weeks now but cant use it. If you are thinking of buying equipment from this company DO NOT. Once they have got your money it “bye bye”
2 x table tennis tables
I ordered two fold-up table tennis tables on 19th May. They arrived 11th June and I immediately emailed UK Sport Imports to advise that both tables were unusable - one was broken and the other just didn't unfold into a level table. They were cheaply made with chipboard and the hinges were coming off.
After many chase-up emails the tables were finally collected from me on 16th July. Despite many more emails to them I have heard no more from them and I am having to pursue the matter through my credit card company.

I placed an order at the beginning of June. It arrived three days later but was damaged. I took several photos but could only post one to show the damage.
It was impossible to speak to anyone as their phone lines were closed due to Coronavirus. I did eventually get a response via email and after several back and forth's agreed on a partial refund as it was impossible to return the item.
I have contacted them again numerous times but am still awaiting the refund!

Very good ordering system and the table was delivered in good time despite Covid, which was great as it was an anniversary present. Unfortunately the table arrived broken. With no customer service dept we emailed within an hour of receipt. After several emails (automatic replies most of the time) we finally had the table collected nearly 3 weeks ago. We have still not received a refund or any communication from the company despite several follow up emails. We have been very patient recognising all the delays and problems due to Covid but this lack of any communication has been very stressful. It has put us off ordering anything else from the company.

Golf buggy and ramp
In my earlier post I gave them a very bad report. I now believe they were not ready for the lock down so it was difficult to get in touch with them. They are now up and running, they phoned me today and offered me a full refund. I came to a satisfactory arrangement I will now keep the scooter and use it for my disability and home use. Alex who phoned me was very polite and helpful. I do hope they manage to get there very good name back again.

7.5 ft pool table
Run away!
I purchased a 7.5ft pool table from this company, and it is rubbish. The surface is bowed in the middle, so all the balls eventually end up against the cushion on every side. Totally unplayable. Also the triangle was smashed. We're in shielding , because of coronavirus and my wife's on going chemotherapy. So this pool tabe, which was £400 by the way, was supposed to be a welcome diversion for my family. Disappointed is an understatement! After WEEKS of emails and pestering. Eventually they sent their courier to pick it up. And he wasn't happy how I'd packaged it! An already broken pool table! And refused to take it.
They won't answer any emails now and
their Facebook page is gone which is weird.
I think I'm stuck with this faulty table, and I don't think I'll see my £400 again.
Do youreslf a favour. And buy elsewhere. These terrible reviews are here for a reason.

Ordered this on 15th May , stock was due w/c 1st June, was a little nervous last week when I didn’t hear anything especially seeing some of the reviews however, I needn’t have worried as I received an email yesterday to say it had been shipped and another this morning from DX saying they were delivering today. It was here before 11am, took 30mins to unbox & set up and it’s absolutely brilliant, fantastic product really enjoyed my 1st run since mid May , solid and good quality, good price and delivery.

Ordering was simple and price reasonable but still not received item even though I had an email to say it has left the warehouse over 3 weeks ago customer service is the worst as you cannot get in contact with them at all very frustrating cant get a refund so stuck in limbo would never use again or reccomend company simply due to the terrible well lack of customer experience I know deliveries are taking a bit longer during the pandemic but over 3 weeks seems to me my delivery must be lost or misplaced but as I have said I have no clue because you cannot get in contact with anyone very very angry stressed out of pocket and unhappy
