    Camping table purchase

    When my camping table finally arrived, I was so excited at first, but then I found it was damaged. I was pretty gutted about that, you know. But I have to say, the customer service from Ultimate Outdoors was top-notch. I gave them a ring straight away, and they quickly sorted out for the damaged table to be picked up. The only problem was, the collection company they used, EVRI, failed to pick it up not just once, but twice! Thankfully, Ultimate Outdoors didn't give up and went the extra mile by getting DPD to come and collect the broken table. I'm still waiting for them to pick it up and give me my refund, but I must say, I really do appreciate how helpful and friendly Ultimate Outdoors have been in sorting this all out.

    Waterproof walking shoes

    I popped into the Northampton store to pick up some waterproof walking shoes. Callum was the chap who helped me out, and he really went the extra mile to make sure I found the right pair. Coming back from the Borneo rainforest, I needed shoes that were comfy, breathable, and waterproof. Callum really listened to what I needed and suggested a few different options for me to try on. He was really patient and knew his stuff, taking the time to explain all the features of each shoe and making sure they fit perfectly without any uncomfortable bits. I was really impressed with how much he cared about giving top-notch customer service.

    We had a bit of a camping emergency on Friday evening when our cooking kit stopped working. I decided to give the store in Northampton a call to check if they had the equipment we needed in stock. I spoke to Ryan A, who was super quick and efficient in dealing with my inquiry. When I arrived at the store, Ryan was there at the door to welcome me. He really took the time to listen to our situation, went through all the available options, and pointed me in the right direction for a new cooking kit. His customer service was top-notch, and his assistance was crucial in getting us sorted for the rest of our camping trip.

    Recent outdoor gear purchase

    My last trip to Ultimate Outdoors was a nice surprise after coming back from Japan. The way they had the kitchen units set up outside the store really grabbed my attention - it's such a cool idea that you don't see in other shops around here. I had a quick chat with Sam and Barry outside, they were really friendly and helped me find the sleeping mats section. Oh, and there was a man at the door, didn't catch his name, but he was really welcoming and made me feel important. All in all, I had a good time and I'll definitely be going back soon for more outdoor stuff.

    I bought a new pair of hiking shoes from Ultimate Outdoors recently and the staff there were so helpful. Callum was amazing, he was really patient and went out of his way to help me find the perfect size and style for my big feet. He didn't mind at all having to bring me different pairs to try on, and he really knew his stuff about the products.     Damaged order replacement

    I can't believe how terrible this company is at communicating. I got an email from the courier saying my order was completely wrecked, so I tried reaching out to Ultimate Outdoors to get a replacement. But it's crazy - no one's watching their email addresses for orders or customer service, and they never pick up the phone. I even filled out a contact form on their website and got nothing back. It's so annoying trying to get hold of them. Are they even still open for business? How can you run a company if customers can't even contact you? It's just ridiculous.

    Quick delivery disappointment

    I recently bought something from Ultimate Outdoors and paid for next day delivery, but I was really disappointed when it took a whole 4 days to arrive. When I finally got my hands on the items, they weren't quite what I expected so I decided to return them. That was more than three weeks ago now, and I'm still waiting for my refund to come through. When I got in touch with customer services, they weren't very helpful and just told me to wait longer or email their distribution center myself. The whole thing has been a bit of a nightmare, so I'd recommend others to look elsewhere for shopping, as there are plenty of other options available these days.

    Walking boots for DofE

    My mum and I went to the shop to find some boots for my DofE, and there was this guy named Callum who was really cool. He let us have a look around on our own and then asked if we needed any help. I tried on a bunch of different boots and he was relaxed and friendly the whole time. In the end, I went for the first ones I tried on. Callum was super nice and really knew his stuff.

    With only a few minutes left before the shop closed, I was really happy with the customer service I got from Callum. He was so polite, professional, and really focused on helping me out.
